Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Officers of the Town of Shirley will hold a public hearing on Friday September 5th, 2025, at 6:00pm in the Shirley Town Hall located at 25 West Rd. in said Town of Shirley to hear public comment on the following:
Sale of liquor for consumption on the premises on Sundays. Shall this municipality authorize the State to issue licenses for the sale of liquor to be consumed on the premises of licensed establishments on Sundays?
Sale of malt liquor and wine of consumption off the premises on Sundays. Shall this municipality authorize the State to issue licenses for the sale of malt liquor and wine to be consumed off the premises of licensed establishments on Sundays?
