The Town of Shirley will be holding a Secret Ballot Referendum Election to vote on these articles pursuant to 28-A M.R.S. § 123 Local Liquor Option.
The following questions will be on the ballot:
Sale of Liquor for consumption on the premises on Sundays
Shall this municipality authorize the State to issue licenses for the sale of liquor to be consumed on the premises of licensed establishments on Sundays?
Sale of malt liquor and wine for consumption off the premises on Sundays
Shall this municipality authorize the State to issue licenses for the sale of malt liquor and wine to be consumed off the premises of licensed establishments on Sundays?
When: Monday September 15, 2025
Where: Shirley Town Hall 25 West Rd
Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm
